1-Hour USPAP Update
(Classroom)
This course is for informational purposes only and
is not approved by AQB or OREA for USPAP or continuing education.
Currently it is offered by request only. However,
new dates will be scheduled in late 2011 to prepare appraisers for the changes
coming under the 2012-13 USPAP. Check back or subscribe to my notification list
at www.valuadora.com.
The Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and
Enforcement Act of 1989 recognizes USPAP as the
generally accepted appraisal standards and requires USPAP compliance for
appraisers in federally related transactions. State Appraiser Certification and
Licensing Boards; federal, state, and local agencies, appraisal services; and
appraisal trade associations require compliance with USPAP.
This Lunch
& Learn seminar is designed for those who are too busy, or are
otherwise not required, to take the 7-hour USPAP Update. The 1-hour course
material focuses on the changes to the 2008-09 edition
of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). It also
addresses sections of USPAP that have not been changed but have been identified
as problem areas.
Course registration
must be made in advance via the secure payment links below using either a credit card or a Paypal account. Registration on-site is not available.
Please call Nancy Summers at 909-228-8323 if there are problems with the
registration links or send me an email.
Classes are limited to the size of the facility and registration may be halted
if booked to capacity.
