Why Valuadora? Valuadora is a Spanish translation of Appraiser. The term also connotes a love of appraisal.
Nancy Summers is a California Certified General Appraiser with over 15 years in appraisal practice. She serves as a staff appraiser in the Real Estate Services Department of San Bernardino County, the largest County in the United States. She is also an experienced review appraiser and has a background in environmental analysis, GIS, and land use planning.
Nancy is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor and an IDECC Certified Distance Education Instructor. Nancy has a M.Ed, Learning & Technology from Western Governors University and a B.A. in Geography from California State University, Long Beach. Nancy is a general Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute and is also pursuing the Senior Member Right of Way (SR/WA) designation with the International Right of Way Association.
